So quick! Called them on a Friday and on Monday they were out to fix it! Fixed it quick and the price was very reasonable.The work was done quickly and they were very professional. Will absolutely use them in the future and recommend to my friends and family!

I called Southeastern Overhead and Garage Doors on Monday morning to help with garage door on our home that had popped a cable. They had one of their service techs at our house that same day. He was able correct the problem in just a short time then also inspected the other two garage doors and adjusted spring tension to prevent a similar issue from happening in the future with them. Rylie and Nicky installed our new door today. They were both very respectful and so nice! One of the panels appeared to be damaged during shipment, but the office was contacted on the spot and a new one was ordered immediately. The door looks great, and is very quiet. I would recommend this company!

I called for two issues. I never could get the My Q set up and most recently the door kept stopping about 3/4 of the way when closing. It would then open all of the way. Julio was wonderful. He was courteous and explained what he was doing while trouble shooting my problem. He was very knowledgeable and aware of some previous issues with the system board.
